Our success stories:

Amr Hegazi: Edita Management Trainee (Industrial Operations Sector)
The EMTP experience is unique for me. I have enjoyed every single day in the training period of the program. It gave me a bird’s eye view of the business as well as the opportunity to wear many hats cross functionally and to see the company with many perspectives. It is a once in a lifetime experience and I am glad that I had it. The knowledge/experiences/tools gained through the journey are precious and helped a lot to stretch my limits and to extend my circle of influence. It made me a better decision maker in the daily job duties and in strategic planning tactics.

Ahmed Mandour: Edita Management Trainee (Industrial Operations Sector)
EMTP was a unique experience, giving me exposure to different aspects of the business. Such experience with on/off the job training gave me clear understanding of the FMCG industry. Mentoring, personal development and challenging tasks are a few the mentioned benefits from the program. Having real-time experience in every department is an opportunity which no one can ever have except in such a program as this.

Bassem El-Sanady: Edita Management Trainee (Sales Sector)
I was lucky to join the Edita sales management training program in mid-2010 and had the chance to work in the different sales sectors (retail, wholesale and modern trade) in roles from sales representative to supervisor and area manager in each sector. I also had the chance to spend some time working in sales planning and the supply chain to investigate the source of all sales operations. Working as an assistant brand manager in the marketing department gave me the opportunity to work in two big projects that I am proud to have taken part in.
