StepUp Program – Fresh Graduates
Overview
StepUp is an 18-month rotational program designed for fresh graduates (Class of 2024/2025) or early-career professionals with up to one year of experience. Experience hands-on learning, cross-functional exposure, and structured mentorship that prepares you for a full-time role in a key function at Edita.
